TERMS OF PAYMENT

  1. The reservation fee is PHP 30,000, which will be deducted from the ​total price (non-refundable)
  2. Remaining Balance should be Paid 1 Month before the ebvent

NOTES

  • The downpayment is non-refundable.
  • Cancellation (if any) must be made 2 months prior to the event. If not, client ​is deemed responsible for the full payment of the amount services agreed ​upon the contract.
  • Changes on the event date set by the client (if any) shall be declared at ​least 2 months before the original date. Adjustment / rescheduling fee of ​Php 2000 shall be charged to the client.
  • If the event is postponed due to force majeure (natural disasters), Zion ​Events Place will allow reschedule for free. If Client cannot adjust the date ​anymore, half of the initial payment can be refunded to client.
